The County Board of each county sets fees for cremation release, disinterment
permit and Coroner/Medical Examiner case filing. This list shows the fees
for these services by county. Fees are subject to change. Always
check with the appropriate Coroner or Medical Examiner about the current fees in
a particular county.

The County Board of each county sets marriage license fees. This list
shows the fees for obtaining a license to marry in the 72 county offices in the
state. Fees are subject to change. Always check with the appropriate
County Clerk about the current fees in a particular county.
- Military Time Conversion Chart
This chart shows time in both regular (12-hour, AM PM) and 24-hour military
time. When possible, military time (24-hour clock) should be used when entering
times on vital records.

Reporting Occupation and Industry on Death Certificates

that provides guidelines to funeral directors for reporting industry and occupation on
